“When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was nice and polite but tried to charge us a higher price than what was confirmed at the time of the booking. When I showed him the confirmation email with the right price he said that the room category we had booked was fully booked and that "someone" had upgraded us to a bigger room. In the end we got the "upgrade" and paid the initial price. The room was actually a family room for up to 4 people (we were 2) with a big balcony were we had a kitchenette, and with somewhat of a sea view. However it was a bit dusty and there was a fair amount of hairs left in the bathroom, otherwise it was clean. There was also a stuffed smell in the room that made us think that the room hadn't been used in a while. ”
