“The swimming pool and surrounding grounds. Underground parking. Cleaning staff on departure were helpful. It would be difficult to recommend this property. Room info. was minimal and there was no contact number for when reception was unmanned. Toiletries were minimal and the 65euro cleaning fee was excessive as guests are expected to sweep, vacuum, strip beds, empty bins etc. The shower attachment in the bath did not work properly, and the lack of a non-slip bath mat was dangerous. The only socket near the bed was used for the bedside light. The bed had to be moved to allow the bedroom door to open fully. The T.V. was far too small for the room (no more than 18", and the remote, which was taped together, did not work until, after 24 hours, someone came to replace the batteries. The cupboards for glasses, crockery etc. were above head height requiring us to climb a chair to gain access. Although there seemed to be an air conditioning unit on the wall this was not working (money saving?) and no fan was provided during a very hot week. No dish towels were provided. The electric kettle, blew all of the fuses. The room was poorly laid out. Although booking info. says 'entire unit located on ground floor' ours was on the first floor and the elevator was not always working. Insufficient toilet paper was provided. The advertised hammam/spa was out of action and looked poorly maintained. Room furnishings were of only average quality. Breakfast was poor value for money. The property lacked any kind of ambience or personal touches; this is clearly just a business. We were told by the receptionist that WiFi was free but 6euros was charged.”
