“Room was not cleaned, requested but failed to do. When question I was told staff cannot read the language on card placed on door knob. We had breakfast, but hot buffet breakfast was cold. Not worth for the money. Room was cramped and it’s doesn’t look like on brochures at all. Bathroom mirror lights not working, reported but said can not buy the bulbs as they are not available. This hotel should not be 4 stars its condition is below the 3stars .not recommend this hotel as this is not worth for the money we paid £112 per day. Staff was ok but didn’t do much to help.”
