“The property offers a great location - it is in 3 minutes walk from the sea and 15 minutes away from the city center. It's territory is spacious, green and comfortable. It also allows a variety of activities from table tennis and swimming till playing or just chilling on the grass. The staff is friendly and very helpful. If you need information or have any issue those will be attended in no time. An apartment for 3 people could be quite small for 3 adults. It is ideal for a couple or an adult with a kid. The swimming pool was exceptionally clean all the time during it's opening hours. On the other side of the road (just in 7-10 minute walk) you can find a bus stop (Ponent) and a pond where you can fish, crab hunt or do some stand up paddle or any kind rowing/canoeing/kayaking. We stayed during the low season, so the property wasn't full even at 50% of it's capacity. Still they tended to place the guests very close. It isn't anything unexpected, but you can still have some neighbors who would have very different schedules to the ones proposed by the property rules.”
