“Been staying here for about 20 years on buying trips to L'isle sur la sorgue. I come about 5/6 times a year and the location is good The new policy, which i wasn't aware of means I can no longer park in the carpark. Apparently they can no longer accommodate my van so have put a height restriction in. When queried I was told there was no room. This was not true and given the carpark layout I can take just one space. The hotel is entitled to make decisions regarding its own business but being advised before would have been courteous. Unfortunately courtesy was not something I was afforded. I will find an alternative moving forward to one of the more friendly establishments in the area. Remember this in the winter months when you may need the business more. On a smaller note the clip on toilet seats really are a joke in a hotel of this type.”
