“All of the staff were really helpful and kind. The pool area is tired. Rusty beds & dirty cushions. I never saw a member of staff cleaning the area either, which meant when you lay face down, you just saw hair and dirt over the floor. Breakfast buffet was on a first come first serve, so if you went later on as they weren't replenishing items, you'd be missing out. Also, every day is exactly the same, no change in breakfast. Gym is the worst 5* hotel gym I've ever come across, seems there was a lack of interest when putting it together 10+ years ago. The hotel owner and her dog tended to appear, almost as if she was judging both her staff and us, the guests. This makes for an uncomfortable situation. The chairs and dining tables in the outside restaurant look like something from a cheap 2* hotel, in addition, random photos of chickens and other animals really mean the aesthetic of this hotel is so confused, is it a childs farmyard or a 5* hotel?”
