“The property grounds are lovely, the pool is very nice. The room was on the small side with no luggage racks for your suitcases. The room was very clean and there was a nice area outside the room with a small table and 2 chairs. We found the location to be very convenient as we were planning on day trips from the hotel. Therefore, we were not in Gordes Center every day. Therefore drive into the hotel is very pretty with a line of trees. We had an air conditioning problem that they worked on fixing. However, the individual fixing it was very unpleasant. We wanted another room as we just didn’t want to deal with the inconvenience and he wasn’t even going to consider it. It was fixed, but the room never got as cool as we would have liked, it was quite hot when we were there. Unfortunately, it happened again two days later, which they fixed again.”
