“We stated at this lovely boutique hotel located in the heart of Dijon historic city centre in late August 2025. Service was wonderful. We were warmly welcomed by duty manager ‘Brice’ who spoke fluent English and arranged secure car parking for our BMW at the hotel. Dinner in the hotel was superb – the steak was perfectly cooked (one of the best we had during our holiday in France) , the side dishes were great and the wine recommended by the waiter was excellent as were the starters and dessert. The food in fact was better, and more satisfying than in a Michelin restaurant we subsequently visited in another French city. There is a bar in the hotel which serves great cocktails and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious – furbished to modern standards –including very good air conditioning (important in the summer) and a large en suite bathroom, and large comfortable bed. It was also quiet and we had good sleep after a long journey. Dijon city centre is very picturesque and is literally on the doorstep from the hotel making it easy to explore on foot, which we did after dinner. Breakfast was substantial with a good choice of hot food and a continental style buffet, coffee and fresh fruit juice etc. We would gladly stay at this hotel again. We would definitely recommend it to our friends. ”
