“Another excellent stay at les chalets du forum. Jeanne and Sephora couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful at reception. Nothing was too much trouble and everything we needed was sorted immediately. Accommodation is a little tired and certain things need replacing in the kitchen - blunt knives, peeler and grater all would have been really useful if working . Tv needs updating - no way of getting smart tv channels. Only the news in English! NB Uk’s service team when I initially called to book was a totally different experience. Very difficult to get any useful or helpful info. The lady I spoke to clearly had no idea about les chalets du forum and wanted to simply go through her script. She was unable to answer any questions and kept referring me back to the website. Not friendly simply pushing for a sale. I was always going to book, I just needed a little extra info on parking, passes, ski hire etc which she couldn’t provide. I ended up booking online rather than calling back. Once booked I dealt with the team ( Jeanne) at le forum which was an entirely different experience. Overall a fabulous stay. An unbeatable location pretty much on the slopes with access to all the main lifts in courchevel 1850. Shops, restaurants and ski hire in abundance albeit a bit pricey!”
