“The hotel was exceptional! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay as an avid traveller. The hotel was clean (the cleaners need a raise as they did a great job ensuring the hotel and rooms were clean), beautifully decorated, with a great aesthetic. It was walking distance to restaurants, markets, parks and the metro and it had a fabulous spa fully equipped with a sauna, pool and jacuzzi which was luxurious. The only negative was the staff was not friendly or inviting upon arrival or throughout our stay and the shower in our room kept leaking water onto the floor since the shower door couldn't close shut. It was very inconvenient. ”
