“Nothing, we did not stay I wanted to have a nice hotel for our wedding anniversary. Saint Jean came up as pet-friendly in the search engine. At the time of booking l stated, that we were travelling with 2 small dogs. 5 minutes after booking l received a call from the hotel that our room did not allow dogs. Obviously we cannot leave dogs in the car overnight and l tried to cancel. I was informed, quite rudely, that it was not his problem, l was not entitled to cancel and to contact booking.com, then he hung up. A hotel is either pet-friendly or is not. They did not supply the room l booked, therefore l want any money they took off my card refunded!”
