“Location was the only good thing. Let’s start off by saying I have no clue how this is rated 7.9. It is FAR from that standard. I do not usually ever write these reviews but this one is so deserved. The room was very dirty, there was hair underneath the sheets EVERYWHERE, blood stains, and even insects crawling out from the bed at night. I wish I was joking but unfortunately I am not. See the photos! I can confirm that I wasn’t the only one having this same issue as I heard one neighbour from my room calling reception to inspect the room and another as I walked by reception. I am not sure what “cleaning” they are doing. To top it all off they couldn’t move me to another room and the hotel refused to reach an agreement with booking.com after I complained! But hey at least I got a $10 refund! Finally, shower head was broken and the breakfast was literally just stale croissants and warm juice, and they advertise it on their website as “Pastries, eggs, yogurts, fruits, cakes and many other products will enhance your tray” It’s quite honestly a joke. Do yourself a favour and do not stay here, even if it’s a cheaper alternative. You’ll end up frustrated and spending unnecessary amounts of time trying to get basic issues fixed.”
