“Location was great. Just a few steps from the subway. It was very easy to get anywhere in Paris. There are also lots of shops around. Residence Aurmat did not fit the description of a hotel or an Airbnb. I stayed for 7 days in an extremely small room with a kitchenette, but it only had 4 glasses and 2 mugs: no plates, no silverware, no cooking utensils. There was no service of any kind, except for towel exchange upon request. You even have to take out your own trash. There was a card in the room listing international TV channels, but none were available. When I asked the main office (manned from 1 to 8 pm), I was told the card was old, and they only had French TV. The only window in the room opened to an air shaft and across from another room. Curtains had to be drawn for privacy, so no natural light. The description with ‘views of the city’ was not what I got.”
