“Location next to a lovely arboretum with a thermal waterfall! Delightful welcome by lovely hosts. Breakfast was very nice (big choice) but we had fine croissants, muesli and yogurt not too sweet (hurrah!) and a fridge with lots of milk for the coffee. Room nice and warm (it was cold!) with a tree mural and downstairs there was some lovely art and thoughtful decor. Only caveat was (personally) I would have liked a comfy chair in the room and more, comfortable upholstered dining chairs in the dining room. It had a very nice view though. All round recommended, a proper hotel. Thanks to the owners and staff! Upholstery- but I think that an awful lot of places lack them - comfortable chairs and sofas are rare but desirable.”
