“The staff was friendly and helpful Hotel advertises many things that are not actually available. Unfortunately from the beginning of my stay I was disappointed. They advertise a free airport shuttle. - When I arrived I called for pickup and rather than getting a free shuttle ride I ended up paying a 20usd cab fare. On departure there was no shuttle and I paid for another cab, not good at all. They advertised a pool- there is no pool on-site they make arrangements for you to pay to swim elsewhere, I’m sure I would have had to pay for transport, I opted to not do that. Bathtub - there was no plug to hold the water, so not much of a relaxing bathtub experience I hoped for. They advertised complimentary wine on arrival - nope 👎🏾 This could be a good place if they set reasonable expectations that accurately reflect what is available, people book stays based on the amenities and services available to them. So to arrive and realize they do not have the amenities listed when booking is not good for travelers and bad business.”
