“One of the worst hotels I have been to. The hotel is nothing close to what appears on photos. The room I was given was literally falling apart. Toilet sink not filling up, kettle machine leaking, shower drain not draining, dirty bed sheets, safe-box not working and cockroaches in the bathroom. I reported to reception 3 times, and twice to the Manager and BD Manager. All I kept getting was nice words and promises for three days with nothing done!!!!! Breakfast is too feeble with no buffet but limited options to order from (either omelette, boiled eggs or scrambled eggs with two pieces of toast)!!! First day dinner I ordered a tuna pizza from the menu and was missing 4 out of the 7 components listed in the menu. I was still charged the full amount!!!! I had to cancel my booking after only three days despite a booking of 7 days. If anything positive, it’s the friendliness of the kitchen staff.”
