“The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and the beach. My room was generally clean; however, I noticed some old stains on the duvet. It would be better if the hotel used a duvet cover to ensure greater comfort and hygiene for guests. On a positive note, the receptionist was very kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. I had a problem with my room key card, as the door lock was not working properly. In most cases, I had to try three or four times before I could open the door, which was quite frustrating. Unfortunately, when I asked a cleaning staff member for assistance, she was unwilling to help. The guests staying in the room next to mine were smoking cigarettes in the narrow space between our windows. As a result, the smell was coming into my room even though my windows remained closed at all times. It was very unpleasant, especially when trying to sleep. The hotel should consider enforcing a stricter non-smoking policy.”
