“The area is very pretty and with lovely scenery After a lengthy wait on arrival to use a self check in that didn’t work properly & although took a photo of my passport as ID, checking in wasn’t working , after some time we were able to open a box to retrieve key cards . The room was so small, very over heated with no aircon and overhead fan broken and 40 outside . Facilities extra basic, beds like rocks! We had to move to another room taking the single bed from this triple room ourselves after we had the hassle of locating over the phone another room !! We had to sleep in a small room with 3 beds pushed together !! The aircon kept turning off so the room quickly over heated ! The shower head was broken . We had no real sleep . The room was dusty and bathroom not cleaned properly !”
