“The staff were genuinely lovely and very friendly, pool area nice and kept clean - although most of the sun beds reserved very early by other guests and then left for hours Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a disappointment. It felt more like a German retirement village than a four-star adults-only hotel, with very little atmosphere. The food was repetitive and bland, and we went four days without our bed linen being changed, which isn’t acceptable, I was given clean bedding to change it myself when asked. The location is good and the communal areas of hotel is clean, but overall it didn’t offer the quality or experience we were expecting”
