“I had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located. All of the main attractions are within walking distance, and there are countless restaurants and bars nearby, while other areas of Seville can easily be reached on foot within 20 minutes. I treated myself to a room with a balcony and it was one of the highlights of my stay. I enjoyed breakfast there every morning, which was made even better by the fact that guests who have breakfast included can take it to their room rather than having to sit in the cafeteria. Another lovely touch was the complimentary afternoon tea served each day between around 4pm and 6pm. Guests could enjoy sandwiches, cakes and drinks free of charge, which was such a thoughtful addition. The rooftop views are stunning, with beautiful views of the Cathedral and La Giralda – a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring. What really made the stay special, though, was the staff. Every member of the front-of-house team I encountered was welcoming, kind, cheerful and always happy to answer questions or help in any way they could. Their warmth and professionalism made me feel genuinely looked after. A beautiful hotel in a perfect location with exceptional staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to recommend it.”
