“We had a fantastic view of the sea but that’s where it ended. First morning we awakened to no electric except for lights they sent the cleaners to sort it who had no idea what the issue was. We had to stay out of the room most of the day as aircon didn’t work. We asked to be moved & were told hotel full. The desk staff were not very pleasant & not helpful at all & never acknowledged us going past them unless we spoke first. The bath was so full of rust absolutely awful & the plastic curtain round it was rank the steel windows barely closed & the rust falling off them. The walls were cracked & patched with lumps of plaster. The tv never worked. This hotel is not fit for purpose & should not be on your books & when we contacted hotels.com we were asked if we wanted to check out early where were we supposed to go for the next 2nts. They then offered us £25 into our a/c so we would have to book through them again. Absolute rubbish customer service considering we were left with no aircon all night & again the next day of our 3nt stay & it was in the 30’s. The worst hotel experience ever & the worst customer service from a hotel website”
