“The location of the hotel in Monte do Gozo is perfect for pilgrims who would like time to reflect on their pilgrimage before arriving at Santiago Compostela. The hotel s a short walk from the Friendship Trail that leads to the famous sculpture of pilgrims pausing in view of the destination City. Because the location is so close to Santiago de Compostela, it is relatively easy to plan and time one’s arrival at the City. We welcomed the spaciousness of the room we stayed in which was well maintained and clean. The bathroom was proportionately spacious, very clean with modern amenities The hotel provides laundry service.and the manager/staff were very attendant to their guests needs. The hotel has no air conditioning but the staff can lend their guests an electric fan and that was perfect for the warm weather on the evening we arrived. The hotel has laundry service and your clean clothes are ready by evening. The hotel does not serve meals, but there are two restaurants across the street that do. There are more places to eat a few blocks further. Getting back on the Camino is less than a five minute walk away. We would stay here again.”
