“My partner booked this for family get away and being advertised as a gluten free and safe for Celiacs we took the plunge . I am a celiac and all I can say is please don't bother the buffet isn't for us.Yet on arrival into the buffet restaurant I was shown what I could have from there . Little did we know they gluten free food is prepared in a separate kitchen and I could of had anything I wanted prepared with notice to the kitchen . We was only told this on day 4 of a week's holiday I was so ill prior to this .my partner met with management and expressed her disgust at the lack of information for Celiacs and it ruined the holiday me being ill. We have raised concerns since with the hotel and Gabriel also and have not had any reply at all .A lovely hotel but if your a celiac please don't take the chance and make the mistake we did because of there lack of knowledge yet they are accredited by the Spanish Celiacs society . Lovely Area just don't bother with hotel unless you self cater .”
