“The hotel offered a really good choice of food both for the breakfast and dinner options. The staff were very hard working , friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble . The room exceeded expectations it was large and had plenty of storage , furniture and a fabulous shower. I was very pleased with the condition the hotel was kept in , it was spotless. The evening entertainment was enjoyable and I did book a Spa treatment using the discount voucher given on arrival, which again was delivered very professionally. Overall it was a very enjoyable and satisfying stay because of all the above. The only couple of niggles was the fact that although it was a 5 star hotel you did not include a bathrobe as a given as other 5 star hotels do but wanted extra payment for one and there were no tissues on offer in the bathroom .”
