“It was our second trip to this rural house. The first time, we enjoyed the sheer silence, peace and tranquility. It is less than 5 minutes from the Motorway, so a perfect location for touring travelers like us. Breakfast was bread, cake, home made jam and biscuits with fruit and coffee. The local community bars and shop is just over a mile away (1.8k) with very friendly locals, mostly speaking good English which is good for us that can only Speak basic Spanish. Playa Espana beach is well worth a visit and a lovely drive down where we took some sensational pictures. Car parking is very safe as it has a gate for security. Although in no way Monicas fault, there is a new built house opposite with a horrible yap, yap, yap dog. It did not stop barking which meant on this trip, we could not sit in peace on the balcony as the dog never stopped barking for hours. We would have drowned out the noise with the TV, but that did not work. Everything else was wonderful.”
