“breakfast was good. The air conditioning in the first room did not work. i complained after giving it an hour with no significant change - 27 to 26.5 celsius. Noah, at the front desk was remarkably unsympathetic and stated it would take some time to cool. We left for four hours and when we returned it was still very hot in the room. i complained again and they offered to change rooms and the one offered was at 26, but out of the sun so better expectations. it took till 2:00 AM until the room was moderately comfortable. Both people at the front desk insinuated that i had done something wrong like leaving a door or window open or not having the card key in the control unit. The main factor here is this hotel cannot accommodate warm days and cool the rooms. I spoke to others on the second floor so i know this is the case for at least 3 rooms! Noah, handled the situation completely unprofessionally and suggested it would just take time and didn't follow through with having the room or the system checked. After returning, the new front desk person at least tried to change rooms for us. Although, this really was way too expensive for a room that was unbelievably hot until midnight and then relatively comfortable after 2:00 AM. Do not stay at this hotel - unless you want to experience a sweat lodge!”
