“Everything was amazing. The suite was spacious, comfy bed, AC working well, nice balcony. We did not use the TV as there was no youtube on it. The shower pressure was strong. The buffet for all-inclusive was good, not extensive but with good options and variable each day. Clean and nice pools, the best part it was it was not packed with people, there were always sun beds available anytime we walked in, not sure if because the time of year, but I was delighted. The stars of the show in this hotel def are the staff. A shout out to the brazilian lady at bar, Vaneza, and Oss! Unfortunately I dont remember all the names, but all the staff was excellent, from the and the buffet, they are extremely nice and committed, the cleaning staff (Maria was responsible for out room), and our room was cleaned every day of our staying, thank you! The animation staff is super, my daughter enjoyed so much every night of mini disco and Coco! The location is superb because is steps away from playa de muro although is in a less busy street, giving a nice and calm atmosphere and super easy to park. The only downsides to points are: the time of the pool openings. I think this time of the year, closing the pools at 6 pm is so early! The sun is still shining, and maybe one more hour to enjoy would be nice. Youtube on the TVs would be a super plus plus. Regarding the staff only to mention that what appears to be the senior team at the main reception and buffet reception could be a bit more smiley and nicer. I did not feel the same amazing energy from them compared to the rest of the staff. In our checkout, the person in charge barely looked at our faces, and one day at the breakfast buffet, one of them wanted to kick my husband out even after another member of staff allowed him to enter last minute (he was cycling early morning).”
