“Arrived late at night, we were greeted by a lovely gentleman at reception who was very helpful and patient. We were given our key cards and we dropped off our cases in the room and headed for something to eat as there was a cold buffet waiting. Rooms are on the small side but have everything you need for an all inclusive holiday. Rooms are modern and the beds are so comfy. The doors do bang if you don't shut them properly they are heavy and may be fire doors. We found the food very good , lots of selection, sometimes a theme night such as mexican, and a fish night, with all sorts , razor clams, mussels ,king prawns . They have soup, salads of all kinds ,fruit and veg , a selection of main dishes and show cooking , it is a smaller hotel than we used to so it's on a smaller scale but there was plenty of choice. Animation team were excellent at their job especially Linda .They are dedicated and this shows and they are very good with the little ones. Hotel is very clean and the pool area all very clean. It's 10 euros deposit for a towel and you get it back when you hand it in. Reception give you a plastic token which gets you a beaker at the bar, the reason for this is so glass isn't around the pool. You can have a clean beaker if you want and hand it back at the end of the day for your token. This is only for the day. At night they give you a glass no token needed. Hotel is 5 mins from the beach which is beautiful and the sea is so clear , we spent a lot of days there.Only gripe the bar staff were a bit miserable and didn't want to serve you, and for this reason , I would question if to go back again , this needs to change management”
