“Great stay in this traditional hotel located a stones throw from the town centre on the edge of the town walls with subsidised, €13 per day, car parking opposite. Our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean with a great bathroom. We booked a room with a balcony, well worth a few more euros, spacious and a great view whilst sipping a G&T. Breakfast was in an enormous restaurant area, once a bank, friendly service and an extensive selection of cold meats and cheeses, pastries, cakes and so on, including bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs, very much worth including in booking your room. Overall, a really super stay in a traditional kind of hotel, but with the usual modernised conveniences, kettle and a great range of teas, WiFi etc.. Extremely friendly and helpful staff as well, easy check in, check out, recommendations for restaurants and directions.”
