“The suite we had was very comfortable and well appointed. We had a large room with plenty of space to relax. We were on the roadside but with the doors closed you couldnt hear the road. In a room this large 75m - its a bit limiting to have jyst one sink! Large bed, and comfortable. Tge linen had some synthetic fibre as did the towels which isn't to everyone's liking. The breakfast was extensive the coffee not great but we are from Aus so perhaps have high expectations. Food was generally great. The arrival is poor, the reception not signed from the car park so abit confusing initially. We had to WAIT 10 mins in reception which was abandoned and had used dinner plates and cups on the reception desk which gives an unkept and uncared for impression. Not sonething yiu expect at this orice point. Cups and plates left arounf the pool another example of a bit of lack if ATD.we had issues with our TV which were reported on the first night and not resolved so we had to report again. This is probably a specific staff issue not systemic. These little points bring the overall impression down - and first impressions last. Would I come again if I was in the area - probably yes.”
