“Horrible. Horrible experience. We booked and paid the hotel several days in advance through booking.com. When checking in, at the reception, the lady at the reception said that we should go away because she made an overbooking and told booking.com already an hour ago. She didn't apologize in any way. It felt like she couldn't care less (she seemed to be the owner). She didn't even sent us a message when she had found out the double booking. She didn't want to help us finding a solution. If you like to be certain about your reservation, maybe it could be worth trying a different hotel.”
