“We had stayed before a year ago and was great Beds comfortable breakfast good evening meal quite good This time we couldn’t sleep even on 10th floor couldn’t sit but pool as the beach was being restored - if we had known we wouldn’t have gone The noise started at 7am - 6pm at night you couldn’t even sit by pool. I asked for a refund which would have freed up our room but they refused Food was nothing like May last year they kept saying Season hasn’t started !!! We had booked 1st night and last night with booking .com 7 nights in between with hotel as our booking in Roses had been cancelled. Eventually by Thursday we left could stand it any longer will not return Just told to rung reservations staff couldn’t do anything They could of apologised to guests started breakfast an hour earlier at the very least - We know beach had to be done but 7-6 for over a few weeks is too much and we should have been compensated - maybe a free massage complimentary drink - but nothing never again”
