“We arrived at The Oasis Don Carlos in April 23 (It wouldnt let me enter the actual date for the review as over a year ago) for a big Birthday on a B&B board basis. We had the most incredible time with a room upgrade and wonderful hospitality throughout our short stay. We stayed in the Oasis Spa side which at the time was the newly built sperate block to the main hotel. I know that the older part of the complex has had a significant upgrade since our stay. (I couldnt leave a review as the hotel was closed for some months) We found the whole hotel complex to be exceptionally well kept, the tropical gardens are stunning full of frogs, butterflies and birds. There are several shops inside the complex and many relaxation areas. The breakfast was amazing, such a wide range of choice in both cooked and continential options with wonderful views out across the tropical gardens to the sea. The beach front is wonderful and the beach club area around the pool maintained well. The Oasis reception staff we met were so friendly and helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble, they helped with translation, restaurant recommendations for evenings, taxi booking and general knowledge. A special mention to Andrea Rizzi and also Daniella Davis, Fran Merchant Liya. . We simply couldn't fault our stay with huge thanks to the wonderful staff who helped make it truly special :)”
