“I had an overall pleasant stay at Quatro Puerta del Sol. The hotel is well-maintained, and its central location is perfect for exploring the city, which made the stay very convenient. my experience with the hotel staff was disappointing due to a lack of professional communication regarding a restaurant recommendation. During check-in, I was provided with a discount card for a restaurant owned by the hotel management. When I dined there the next day, I was told at the time of payment that the discount was only valid for indoor dining. Neither the card stated this restriction, nor was I informed about it by the staff upon receiving the card. This lack of transparency led to an unnecessary and unpleasant situation at the restaurant. It is quite unprofessional to promote a service without providing clear and accurate information, and it negatively impacted my final impression of the hotel.”
