“We had an amazing stay (2 adults and 4 year old.) The staff couldn’t have been friendlier and more accommodating. Any issues were dealt with rapidly (automatic curtains were not working when arrived and fixed instantly upon alerting reception, then later the aircon was not functioning as it should and the maintenance team attended and fixed it perfectly.) When we ate in the restaurant one of the staff recognised us and so applied the 15% guest discount without needing to ask us as he said he had recognised us from the lift. The pool area was incredible during the heatwave. Pool cold but actually super welcome in 35°C heat. Towels available and could order drinks and limited food menu to the terrace. My only comment for improvement would be to make the menu at the pool area bigger to accommodate more dietary requirements. We will definitely return (and would love to try Ocean Drive’s other locations!)”
