“Location was good. Room was ok. The street noise is horrendous, you won’t get any sleep and rooms are paper thin. The bed is like sleeping on an ironing board. We were also woken up at 7am by someone banging the hell out of next doors room as someone had locked themselves in!? The staff some quite rude, not all of them though. The breakfast was utterly disgusting, eggs cooked to the death, everything was cold. Only hot thing was the fried eggs station but there is never any staff around to know if you even have to site down. Anyone can walk in from outside and probably have breakfast if they tried. Also we paid for a ‘double room’ and got 3 single beds. ‘2 pushed together’”
