“The hotel is set up in a beautiful palace and surrounded by lush green grass, palmtrees, and orchards. It's got a modern restaurant with outdoor terrace and air conditoned dining room. The pool area is nice and cozy. Dogs are allowed all over the property (which for me is a plus, but maybe not for everybody). It's very quiet and peaceful, being quite far away from civilization, in the middle of the fields. The staff are nice and helpful. Service-wise it is not really a 5* hotel - more like 4*. It feels like they're understaffed and the place is slowly decaying. It's the start of the season and the walls need painting, there's rust everywhere, the wooden stairs are woobly, and the fixtures and the furniture were new 10-15y ago, but haven't seen any updates or real maintainance since.”
