“We’ve been coming back to the Atlantic Sun Beach at least once a year for the past 8 years. Over the time, we’ve noticed several improvements that unfortunately pushed the prices up significantly. The hotel is located near the Yumbo, Cita and the dunes making it a convenient spot for your holidays. Apartments are comfortable and come with all the necessary facilities, including a coffee machine and breakfast served daily. Staff goes the extra mile to ensure that customers feel happy. They give customers a lot of attention and care, that makes you feel at home. They’re always around in case you need something. The pool is also nice and with plenty of sunbeds available. On this occasion, the crowd was a bit mature and often attempted unwanted and unsolicited approaches towards other guests. The hot tub had too much chlorine over the first couple of days, making it very hard to use (the water actually burned on the skin). After the chlorine returned to a normal level, the water presented with a yellow discolouration that wasn’t pleasant to see. I think the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub used to be better. The booking system doesn’t allow customers to express preferences regarding which floors they want to book. I wish there was an option for that.”
