“We arrived at 5pm, there were no staff at reception, we finally managed to contact a young lady who after booking us in told us there were no dining facilities. The kitchen had been out of commission for weeks. We asked why we had not been informed, she said that she had been given specific instructions by the director Jose Canto, not to warn guests in advance of the problems. There were only three members of staff on the premises who were unable to offer any of the facilities advertised. As this hotel was ten kilometres away from the nearest restaurant we refused the accommodation offered and moved to a hotel 19 kilometres away down the mountain in Jaca. ”
