“The location was perfect. Seconds from the beach and a few minutes walk for the bus into town. The rooms were very clean and the reception and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were quite rude. I asked if I could sit anywhere and they said yes. But when I'd started eating I was told I couldn't sit there because it was a table for four, but I could stay today. Then I heard one of the girls saying "have you told her". Seconds later, two member of staff asked if I was alone and took the other three settings away. This was unacceptable and not necessary as the room was not full at anytime during my meal, but I felt that they wanted to make a point and highlighted that I was alone. On another day there were no glasses for the orange juice so I used the wine glasses, another member of staff literally took it off my hands and said this wasn't for breakfast. Glasses then arrived. It's a shame because the rest of the hotel and staff were amazing.”
