The reception team welcomed us beautifully, made the check-in process smooth and comfortable, and created a wonderful first impression of the hotel. A special thank you to the Client Experience team. Every day they helped us with restaurant reservations, wellness procedures, taxis, recommendations and organization of our stay. Everything was handled professionally, quickly and with sincere care. The hotel itself is stunning — very green, peaceful and beautifully designed. The atmosphere feels luxurious yet relaxing at the same time. Every detail is thoughtfully created for comfort and wellbeing. The breakfasts were excellent with a very high-quality selection and beautiful presentation. We also really enjoyed the trainings, wellness facilities and massage treatments. We would also like to mention the restaurant team and waiters, who were always extremely friendly, attentive and welcoming. Their attitude made every breakfast and dinner even more enjoyable. Most importantly, during our entire stay we had absolutely no complaints. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed every moment here. Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable experience. We would be very happy to return again. The only minor point we would suggest improving is adding a toilet brush in the bathroom, as we believe such an essential item should be available in every room for guests’ comfort.”
