“Just had a short break at this hotel , I really cannot understand some of the bad reviews , from the very warm welcome until we checked out we could not fault this hotel , we stayed in a premium superior room which was very clean and spacious , nice touches like several soft drinks and water in the fridge on arrival . We ate in both the main restaurant and the tex men cantina and the food was good and plentiful in both , some food could have been a little warmer but no other issues . We liked the adult only area which was a nice oasis and a bar nearby . Evening entertainment was better than a lot of hotels we have stayed in , the lion king show was especially good . Very nice clean beach with shallow water . We found all staff polite and friendly , especially reception staff . We are planning to return next year with our family . Thanks for a great time !”
