“The swimming pool and surrounding tropical garden were very nice. Breakfast was good. Zero entertainment at the hotel yet we were told that live music and nightly shows were available during our stay, it never happened. No music during the day at the pool ,even the pool bar wasn't open during our stay. Lifeguards at the pool were more interested in looking at there phones then actually watching the pool. We were told the pool was closed for 8 months for renovations before our stay yet nearly all the ladders at the side of the pool were broken so I don't know how that could be possible after 8 months of renovations. A kids playground with swings was also advertised by the hotel yet that playground has been removed but still being advertised. No entertainment for children, if it wasn't for the pool our 9 year old would have had nothing to do all day. Pool side entertainment was also advertised but the only thing that happened was aerobics for 20mins each day. So much false advertisement by this hotel so I urge caution for anyone thinking of booking a stay. Almost all the staff were rude with maybe one or 2 exceptions, even the hotel receptionists were rude and hardly any members of staff could speak English. We chose all inclusive yet we were treated as second class by the bar staff as if we were not paying for food or drinks. The hotel advertised a snack buffet in-between meals yet that never existed the only food between meals was bar food which took an eternity to receive, absolute waste of time. The only bar that was open during our stay was probably the slowest bar I've ever seen at serving customers the staff had no interest unless you were Spanish , the Spanish people always got served first even when it wasn't their turn. It wasn't just us as I spoke to numerous other guests who also had the bad experience we were having. The hotel promised so much but provided so little. We would never stay there again.”
