“Not a lot to like. Totally conned into being told it was connected to the other main Ritual hotel. It was not. Took our money duplicately. Had to pay in to the ritual hotel to use their facilities. This hotel is not a gay hotel, despite advertising itself as such. Roof bar full of straight people having lunch and business meetings. While the gays looked on in the corner confused. FREEZING rooftop pool. Staff up here were slow, indifferent and rude. We also had a week long back and forth with the hotel, firstly trying to simply upgrade our room( and spend more money!) apparently this was only possible at check in ( despite the possibility that they may not have better rooms to upgrade to by the the time we arrived) they also sent multiple messages on here telling us to check in and to click a link, yet no link was provided. We had to google it and then inform them that booking dot com removes such links for fear of scams and phishing etc. They weren’t even aware of this. We dont think we’ve ever had a more frustrating interaction with a hotel ever. Never going back there. Spoke with many other guests there that week and all agreed at how awful it was.”
