“Honestly, I was expecting excellent service, great food, and professional staff, but everything exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. Every member of the team made us feel valued, and their level of care was truly exceptional. A special thank you to Barbara at reception and all her colleagues. My daughter became unwell during our stay, and they went above and beyond to help us. They quickly arranged a taxi, showed genuine concern, and kept checking on how she was doing. A special mention also goes to the two lifeguards, who were always there with a smile, ready to help, and always happy to have a friendly chat—half in Spanish and half in Italian :) They made every day by the pool even more enjoyable with their kindness and positive attitude. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. You made us feel truly cared for, and we will definitely return. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to include a complimentary coffee after dinner for guests on the dinner package. It would be a lovely finishing touch to an already wonderful dining experience.”
