“My family liked the pool area, the apartment, the terrace, the little garden and the location. However, when I asked for an extra 1–2 hours before our flight departure, the receptionist was not very friendly and refused my request. As we stayed in May, which is considered the low season, and since I travel to Tenerife frequently at this time of year, I know that granting a late check-out would have been possible with a bit more flexibility on their part. Unfortunately, they did not offer any alternative or show willingness to help, which I found disappointing. Apart from this particular receptionist, everyone else was polite and professional. He was the only person who seemed unfriendly towards us during our stay.”
