“Excellent location with a beautiful view from the room. The food was delicious. This was our third time in Mallorca but our first stay at this hotel, and we liked the food here the most. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pools were great, and there were plenty of activities and entertainment for children. Sometimes we had to wait a while for the elevator, as the hotel has seven floors but only two lifts. On one occasion, while we were resting in our room, a man wearing a medical badge unlocked and entered our room with his key. He seemed to be a doctor and had probably mistaken our room for another one. We understand that it was an honest mistake, but it was still quite uncomfortable as we were relaxing at the time. We would also suggest having a staff member present near the children’s pools. During our stay, there was a family with a child, and the father behaved very aggressively towards other children who wanted to play with his son or accidentally touched their toys. He shouted at several children, including ours, which made the atmosphere unpleasant. We didn’t report the incident because we assumed it was an isolated situation, but having staff nearby would help ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.”
