“2nd time staying at this hotel, great indoor and outdoor pool, friendly staff and helpful, cleaners were great , food good , perfect location for us. Very clean and comfortable , quiet and tranquil , the sax player on the evening entertainment is fantastic This time round we felt the morning staff at breakfast were understaffed and a little out of there depth, we had to ask most mornings for service, ie our cooked orders and tea and coffee , we were missed if we didn’t ask!!! I had the cleaning (I assume manager) knock on our door and walked in before I reached to answer , clearly not happy we had our towels in the balcony , i didn’t like them just walking in at all. Other than that all good”
