“- Beautiful location with views of the Atlantic and the mountains. - The hotel goes beyond what is expected in this price category by providing turndown service, complimentary snacks, and transfers to the golf resort and the Atlantico Club. - Amazing hotel grounds with plenty to explore, including a snooker table, botanical garden, games room, and hidden corners with Bali beds and whirlpools. - Large standard rooms. - The Atlantico Club is absolutely stunning. - Friendly and helpful staff. - Inconsistent service. For example, the turndown service was performed differently each day. - Unfortunately, we did not sleep well during our stay. We are not sure whether this was more due to the beds or the insufficient AC. - The watter in all of the pools was a bit cold for us. It would be nice if at least one of them had warmer water. - The dining options were hit or miss.”
