“The whole experience overall, was amazing. Quick hot water for the shower exactly what you need after a long journey. They greeted us with a bottle of wine, and complimentary water in the rooms. The receptionist with a smile explained to us everything that we need to know and how everything works, also they let us park right in front of the hotel for a couple of hours because the next day we left to climb Aneto. Everything was great The whole experience overall, was amazing but with a little miscommunication. We arrived late and they were able to accommodate us even though it was night time when we arrived as they have 24 hour reception, that was amazing and great for us. When I made the booking online it said that I would have to pay a deposit and then the rest when we arrive. After a few days I received an email saying that I would have to pay the outstanding balance otherwise I will lose my booking. So obviously I paid. When we arrived late at the property the person behind the desk who greeted us didn't mention anything about an outstanding balance. We were there to climb mount Aneto so we left early in the morning, my sister dropped us at the climbing point and went back to the hotel to process the check out. But was told that we have to pay extra. she tried to explain to the receptionist that everything was paid in full. Without checking the receptionist insisted that she would have to pay the outstanding balance. When we came back from the trip my sister explained what happened and we sent an email to the hotel and they were amazing in dealing with the issues and gave us a refund immediately. Which was processed in a business day.”
